I wanted to let you know that we had an extremely positive experience working with Brian at Mr. Video. We had an urgent request for keyboards, wireless mice and docking stations for Mac products for an AT&T conference. Though another rental company tried to have us rent products that would not fit the devices we were using (iPhones and iPads), Brian pointed out that we would need to use different devices than the other company had offered us. Brian then not only assisted us with securing the rental of these products, but actually purchased them for future use. The delivery, pickup and invoicing process went smoothly as well, and Brian was extremely responsive and helpful every step of the way.

Please accept my sincere thanks on behalf of the AT&T events team for your company's responsibility and commitment to helping us pull off a successful conference. We very much look forward to working with you in the future.

I just wanted to thank you and your on-site team for a terrific job last Thursday at our event in Montgomery County. The team work extremely hard, and were very helpful. The equipment was great and our client Montgomery County and my supervisors were very happy with the equipment and the on-the-ground team of Oscar and Jose (if I remember correctly that were their names).

Thank you for your help in sending me the HD video camera. I know my
request to have the camera mailed with such short notice required
special accommodations and I'm thankful to everybody at Mr. Video who
went out of their way to make it possible. Everything work beautifully
and the project was completed on time. I sent the camera back via UPS
Monday evening and it is scheduled to arrive Tuesday.

I just wanted to thank you for your help in renting speakers for our recent outdoor party. They hooked up easily to our ipod - just as you said they would. It was so nice to be able to select the music the bride and groom wanted from their own ipod and helped make the evening special.
I was so worried about having the music turn out right, and it did!
