1. What operating system does the computer come with?

By default Windows XP SP2 or Vista, unless specified

2. Is shipping included in the cost of the rental?

No, shipping is extra and will be determined based on destination, and weight of equipment being rented.

3. Can you pro-rate the rental cost?

No, we do not pro rate rental. Minimum charge is one day.

4. How quickly can I get the equipment?

Depending on where you are located, we offer same or next day service throughout the country.

5. What is included with the rental?

All of our products are a la carte. Keyboard and mouse are included with all desktop units.

6. Do you offer technical support?

We offer technical support Monday-Friday from 10:00-6:00 EST.

7. Does the computer have internet access?

All computers come with WiFi 802.11b/g and ethernet port10/100, You must have your own ISP to access internet

8. Do you rent to individuals?

We do rent to individuals with valid ID and a major credit card. Identity subject to verification.

9. Do you offer insurance?

We do not offer insurance. You are responsible for the equipment while you are renting.

10. Do you refund if we are not able to setup the equipments?

We only rent you the equipments. If for any reason you don't setup the equipments and cant use them, we DO NOT refund any part of the money. You MUST take the setup if you don't know how to use the equipments.
