  1. Transference, Duplications, labeling, editing jobs are done according to our commitment (24hrs. turnaround).

  2. Doing multiple jobs simultaneously and keeping the track of each job so that no two jobs are mixed.

  3. Ability to repair tapes (8mm, VHS, miniDV, Beta, DVCAM) and do minor repairs.

  4. Calling the customer before you leave the job on the done shelf.

  5. Checking the done shelf and the new arrival jobs and making sure you are finishing them up on time.

  6. Preparing the equipments for Tech I. Rechecking the prepared equipments and  with Tech I and helping him to load in the Van if needed.

  7. Testing the returned equipments (when returned) if they are working properly and their is no physical damage. How to test the equipments question can be asked to tech I.

  8. Putting the returned equipments to their respective places with their manuals, power cords, driver CDs, XLR cords

  9. Making the equipment ready in the reception for next day pickup.

  10. Restoring the laptops to their default configuration when returned by using the backup image. Or restoring the laptop all the way from the beginning.

  11. 8mm room is your room by default. No equipment should be on the floor. No 8mm stuff on the floor. The room need to stay clean all the time.

  12. Editing Adobe Premiere 2.0. Add cuts, titling, effects, chroma keys.

  13. Cars/Van parked promptly at a visible place.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Ability to think and work independently and meet necessary deadlines.

  2. Customer oriented and project management skills must.

  3. Excellent communicator in English.

  4. Ability to thrive in a multicultural and multilingual environment.

  5. Good knowledge of current industry practices, standards and procedures relevant to audio-visual service.

  6. PC proficient - must know how to install OS, device drivers and setup the system according to the company's specs.

  7. Skilled with hand and power tools and trouble shoot the equipments when needed.

  8. Solid work ethic. Understanding how to distribute time so that the project is handled without a glitch.

  9. Video production and post production skills at least with adobe premiere or final cut pro (desirable).

  10. Willing to undergo background check.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  1. Associate Degree in Electronic Engineering or related field preferred; or Technical school training with electronics training and related experience.

  2. Have at least one year of experience in video post production.

  3. Must know various tapes types.
